Leadership Team

Dr. Bart Bourland

President

Dr. Bourland was born and raised in Abilene, Texas. He did his undergraduate work at Texas Tech University, majoring in Biology. In 1996, Dr. Bourland received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where he received the prestigious Kenneth D. Rudd Award for Excellence in Clinical Dentistry.

He is a member of the 17th District Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. Dr. Bourland has served as Delegate, Vice President, and President in the 17th District.

Dr. Bourland is married to his high school sweetheart and they have three children. He loves his faith, his family, sports, and his cowboy hat.

Paul Saueressig

VP Channel Sales & Partnerships

Paul’s transition into long-term infection control & DME space came after 20 + years of experience working with various practice management software platforms and digital technologies. As a serial entrepreneur he has Co-Found Five Lakes Professional Dental Solutions, Med Pro Technologies Dental High Tech Distributorship and now founded MCS Infection Control Solutions.

He holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Wisconsin and was previously a certified life, health agent and series 6 and 7 broker.

Lane Bourland

VP of Operations

Lane was born and raised in Abilene, Texas. While playing baseball as a student athlete, he graduated with a degree in finance from Abilene Christian University in 2018. He began his professional business career in the dental industry by managing multiple dental practices, including the largest pediatric dental practice in west Texas.

Lane is married to his highschool sweetheart and they have 2 children together. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling and is always looking forward to a new challenge.
